Monitoring Performance of Solar PV System

By integrating a monitoring system into the solar PV system, we can track the amount of energy your solar panels produce on any given day, month, and year. The monitoring system also allows us to pinpoint the external factors that could affect your panels' performance and how well they maintain their efficiency across the lifespan. This enables us to conduct any corrective and preventive maintenance. The monitoring system also alerts us if any solar panel malfunctions so we can immediately repair or replace it.

Preventive Maintenance

Our preventive maintenance scope includes works such as:

  • Inspecting the solar PV array for signs of degradation, cracks, chips, leaks, fogged glazing, or discolouration

  • Thermal imaging to detect hotspots and PID effects

  • Inspecting for cable and connection overheating to the PV inverter

To ensure peace of mind for our clients, we facilitate warranty claims by liaising with manufacturers to ensure that 1-to-1 replacements are made as soon as possible to ensure optimal performance of the solar PV system. The replacement process includes faulty component removal, and we provide temporary replacements to ensure minimal system downtime.
