Tiong Sue Ann leads Progressture’s corporate, financial, and governance functions, playing a critical role in strengthening the Group’s institutional foundation as it scales toward its next phase of growth.

She oversees finance, corporate governance, compliance, human capital strategy, and internal controls — ensuring operational discipline and financial resilience across the organization. Sue Ann is responsible for financial reporting, cash flow management, funding coordination, and the implementation of scalable systems that support Progressture’s expansion across solar EPCC, project development, asset ownership, and energy storage integration.

With a strong background in finance and corporate administration, she brings a structured and risk-aware approach to organizational growth. Her leadership ensures regulatory compliance, governance integrity, and alignment between financial strategy and long-term corporate objectives.

Beyond finance, Sue Ann drives Human Capital Management initiatives, aligning talent development, performance management, and organizational structure with the Group’s growth ambitions. Her ability to integrate finance, operations, and people strategy provides the backbone that enables Progressture to execute large-scale renewable energy projects with discipline and accountability.
