Ng Yew Weng has extensive experience in the energy industry with specialization in solar PPA project development. As the COO of Progressture Solar, he is responsible for steering the company’s corporate development, business strategy, sales, marketing, and product development.​

Yew Weng has a proven track record in securing large MNCs and listed companies as clients corporate off-takers for distributed rooftop solar and utility scaled projects. He is known for his ability to build strong, successful and mutually beneficial partnerships with industries supporting the renewable energy sector. In addition, by leveraging on his skills in digital marketing, brand strategy and communication, he has been able to effectively drive business growth and the pipeline of projects.​

Prior to Progressture Solar, he was working with prestigious firms such as Accenture Management Consulting, IQVIA APAC, Astro Malaysia Holdings and TNG Digital. Yew Weng’s experience spans across the energy, technology, and media and advertising industries. He holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree with Honors from the University of Nottingham, UK. ​
