Ng Yew Weng serves as Chief Operating Officer of Progressture Solar.  In his capacity as COO, he supports selected corporate coordination and organizational structuring initiatives, contributing to internal alignment and governance processes within the company.

He works alongside the leadership team in maintaining corporate frameworks and ensuring that internal systems remain structured to support the company’s continued development in the renewable energy sector.

Prior to joining Progressture, Yew Weng built professional experience across consulting, analytics, and corporate environments. His background includes roles at Accenture Management Consulting, IQVIA APAC, Astro Malaysia Holdings, and TNG Digital, where he was exposed to business analysis, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.

He holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (Hons) from the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom.
