Inside Sales Executive

Inside sales executives interact with potential and existing customers through emails, telephone calls, and live website chats to persuade them to purchase companies' products and services. They generate qualified leads, create suitable quotes, and process purchase orders.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaboratively work with the Business Development team to develop lead generation strategies to generate lead opportunities with prospective customers.

  • Actively source for new sales opportunities and generate sales leads by calling prospective customers.

  • Effectively communicate the company’s service and product offerings, benefits, and value proposition to potential customers (In-depth training will be provided on our service and product offerings, and delivering scripted talks).

  • Ask relevant questions to obtain customer information and identify customers' needs.

  • Overcome objections of prospective customers, answer questions based on a thorough knowledge of the company’s service and product offerings, qualify prospects before scheduling a sales presentation.

  • Participate in new business pitches with the Business Development team and follow up with the lead prospect.

  • Maintain accurate records of customers’ personal information, and company information including phone number, address, etc.

  • Follow up on previous customers for potential sales.

  • Provide consistent, concise, accurate, and timely weekly/monthly sales lead generation activity reports to management e.g. detailed records of incoming and outgoing calls, follow-up information, and outcomes.

Who Are You

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma and/or Degree in any field.

  • 1-3 years of previous experience in customer service, sales, or telesales capacity.

  • Independently develop new prospects in a highly competitive environment.

  • Ability to promote the company’s service and product offerings using persuasive language and techniques.

  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential. 

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, presentation skills.
