Account Executive
An Account Executive helps businesses make critical financial decisions by collecting, tracking, and correcting the company's finances. They are responsible for financial audits, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring financial records are accurate throughout the year.

What You’ll Do
-
Manage full finance functions to support business plans for the Company include accounting transactions, monitoring of account payable & receivables, costing, cash management, tax planning, financial reporting and analysis functions.

Ensure timely and accurate reporting of statutory accounts for the Company.

Budgeting, financial planning and forecasting.

Develop & maintain effective internal controls.

Develop, manage and lead finance team.

Work closely with regulatory authorities, internal & external auditor, tax consultant, lawyers, bankers, etc.

Monitor, analyse monthly operating result against budget and present corrective actions.

Keep up-to-date knowledge on the changes in tax rules, accounting standards, business and market conditions, etc.
Who Are You
-
Minimum 1-year of sales experience.

Possess own transport and willing to work in Petaling Jaya area, may be required to travel outstation.

Excellent planning and organizational skills
-
Excellent interpersonal, relationship management, and communication skills –written and verbal.

Able to work independently and work well with co workers
-
Able to communicate effectively in English, Mandarin and Malay
